General Terms & Conditions

6. Purchases, Refunds and Chargebacks

  2. 6.2 Liability Cap: In any dispute, the Operator's total liability is limited to USD 250.
  3. 6.3 Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback may result in termination of your account. You must contact the Operator to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback.
  4. 6.4 Refund Process: The Operator does not issue refunds on digital products once confirmed; for technical issues, contact official channels within the platform for assistance.

7. Redemption and Withdrawals

  1. 7.1 Redemption: Credits and Gems may be redeemed for eligible items or converted within the in-platform marketplace, in accordance with the prevailing rules.
  2. 7.2 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are typically processed instantly; delays may occur. If a withdrawal is delayed or blocked, contact official support channels for assistance.
  3. 7.3 Wagering Requirements: Users must satisfy a wagering requirement equal to the amount purchased prior to withdrawal of Credits or Gems.

8. Real-World Trading Prohibition

  1. 8.1 Non-transferability: In-platform currencies and prizes are non-transferable and hold no real-world monetary value.
  2. 8.2 Real-world Trading Prohibited: Any attempt to exchange virtual currencies for real money or other tangible value constitutes a material breach and may result in account termination.
  3. 8.3 Ownership Rights: Credits, Gems, and related rewards do not confer ownership rights or titles in any third-party asset or property.

9. Rain Distribution and Rewards

  1. 9.1 Rain Feature: The platform's rain feature distributes free Credits to eligible users in accordance with defined rules; abusive use may result in account termination.
  2. 9.2 Daily Cases: Users may access daily cases dependent on level and validated account status; content and payout percentages may be adjusted by the Operator at any time.
  3. 9.3 Modifications: The Operator reserves the right to modify rain distributions and daily case contents at its sole discretion.

10. Account Management

  1. 10.1 Single Account Policy: Each user may register and operate only one account on the platform. The Operator may terminate additional or duplicate accounts.
  2. 10.2 IP and Device Restrictions: Only one account per household, IP address, and device is allowed unless written authorization is granted by the Operator.

11. Privacy and Data Security
